Safety Programs and Procedures
This lesson introduces learners to some of the potentially dangerous daily operations at a terminal facility, such as working in confined spaces, handling hazardous products, hot work, and elevated work. After completing this lesson, learners will be aware of potentially dangerous terminal operations, and be able to identify the types of emergencies that may occur at a terminal facility. Learners will also be able to recognize the reasons for safety and environmental programs at terminal facilities, and identify safety programs and procedures commonly found at terminal facilities.
