We’ve heard your feedback and we are excited to announce our new PURE Safety OnDemand site.

With a fresh new look and improved search capabilities, it is now easier than ever to shop for our high quality courses on our new e-commerce platform.

What languages can I view on the site? 

Since our content is available in multiple languages, we are excited to share that our site is available in six different languages as well. You can now navigate the OnDemand site in the following languages:

  •          English
  •          French
  •          German
  •          Portuguese
  •          Chinese (simplified)
  •          Spanish

Does this mean the currency views have changed?

Yes, you can now view course prices in your local currency.

Is it easier to find the course I need?

Our new site included enhanced search functionality. Find the course that you’re looking for more quickly and easily so you can spend less time browsing, and more time learning.

How does this impact existing credits on the site?

Have no fear, your credits are safe. You will see a conversion in your cart from dollar credits to points. Each $1=100 points. You can use your points just as you would use your dollar credits. The amount is the same.  You can view your points balance by going to the bottom of the catalog page, choosing My Account, and then Rewards Points.  When you check out, “use your balance” is one of the payment options in Step 2.

REFUND POLICY
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, let us know. We will honor refunds for any reason within two (2) business days of purchase if no more than 25% of the course has been completed. Requests for refunds can be made by contacting our support team by phone or email.
