The program also provides information regarding workers' rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint. It is important to note that this is a voluntary program and does not create turnkey compliance with OSHA standards. Although some states, municipalities or others may require outreach training as a condition of employment, it is not a Federal OSHA requirement.
