This course on FDA Good Guidance Practices (GGPs) explains which agency documents are considered guidance documents. It also explains why we have GGPs, their legal effect, how they are developed, and GGP implementation. This training fulfills a statutory requirement for the agency. After completing this course, you will be able to describe the history, development, issuance, and use of agency guidance. You will also learn how and why GGPs were established. Prerequisites: A Tour of the FDA, Orientation to ORA and FDA Fieldwork
