Meet John. John works as a research chemist and it’s his first day at XYZ Chemical Incorporated. He’s just now meeting with Human Resources, filling out different paperwork for his new job. One of the many forms he must sign tells him that he has the right, by law, to access certain exposure and medical records. He doesn’t think much of it now because he’s eager to get started.
