Login Questions

What if I don’t know my login?  

  • If you created your own account: visit the Login Page and click "Forgot Password" on the left-hand side.
  • If someone created your account for you: contact your administrator.  Only they have that information.  This is typically the person at your company who assigned the training to you.

How do I create an account?

  • Add training to your shopping cart and click the "Checkout" button.  If you're not already logged in, you'll be taken to a page where you can create an account
  • Select Individual Account if you're buying training only for yourself.  Select Business Account if you'll be buying training for other people.

Why did the system log me out?

  • For security reasons, the system will automatically log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

I have a different Login question.

  • If someone bought your training for you, you must contact your administrator.  They created your login information.
  • If you bought training for yourself, and the above tips didn't help, email us at with specifics about your question.  Please note: if you've forgotten your password, you must follow the steps outlined above.


Questions About An Assignment

I received an assignment and have a question about it.

  • Please contact your training administrator or the person who gave you the assignment.  Only they can answer most questions about why you received that training and what you need to do next.

I got an email about an assignment but don’t see it in my training profile, what should I do?

  • It's possible an assignment was made to you and later retracted.  You will need to contact your administrator.  If the course was retracted by mistake, only your administrator can reassign it to you.

My lesson status says “incomplete”, but I've already completed it?  What happened?

  • For a lesson to be complete, all of the individual components must be complete.  For example, if you completed the presentation but not the test, the lesson status will show as incomplete.  You need to complete all components of the lesson in order to achieve a completion status on the lesson.


Questions About OSHA 10 & 30 Training

My OSHA course says: “OSHA Regulations allow 7.5 hours of training in a 24 hour period.  You have 07:10:12 available."  What does that mean?

  • OSHA regulations limit OSHA training to no more than 7.5 hours per trainee per day.  The timer at the bottom of your training will help you track your time remaining that day.

I completed the OSHA course.  When will I receive my OSHA card?

  • You can print a certificate of completion immediately by following the "print diploma" steps below.  Your official OSHA card will arrive in the mail 8-10 weeks after you complete your course.

My OSHA course is no longer available.  What happened?

  • Your course either expired or was failed.  OSHA allows 6 months for you to complete your course once you start.  If you fail any one of the tests 3 times, you will receive a failure on the course.  If you fail to receive a passing grade on your course, you will have to repurchase it (or ask your administrator to do so) and start over from the beginning.

What are the system requirements to purchase and access training?

  • Please review our Technical Requirements and also ensure you are running the latest versions of Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader.

My assigned course doesn't open, what should I do?

I had trouble with my diploma.  How can I reprint it?

  • Log into the system.  Change the view on the "Home" tab to "Completed" to see your completed assignments.  Select the assignment you want and click "Reprint Diploma".

I'm having a different technical issue with the system or with a course.

Administrator and Business Account Questions

How can I add a trainee to my training database?

  • Log in and go to the "Trainees" tab.  On the Trainees and Departments screen, click "Create Trainee".  Enter the required information to add a new trainee.

How do I purchase more training?

  • Visit the Homepage and browse or search for the training you want.  Click the red "Buy Now" button to add it to your shopping cart.  When you're ready to check out, click the Cart button at the top of your screen and complete the Checkout steps.
  • If you're purchasing a large number of assignments, visit our Volume Discounts page for special pricing.

Why don't my trainees have any assignments?

  • Most likely you purchased training but never assigned it.  To assign it, log in and go to the “Training” tab where you'll see all the training you've purchased and the seats available.  Click on the “Assign” button to reach the “Create Assignment” page where you can set up the assignment parameters, then click "Create Assignment" at the bottom of the page to finalize it.  Once completed, you'll reach a page that confirms you created the assignment successfully.

Why are my trainees not receiving email notifications for assignments I have scheduled?

  • To receive notifications, the trainee must have a valid email address associated with his profile.

How can I generate reports about my training and trainees?

  • Log in and go to the "Reports" tab.  For a complete list of reports, see the "Review Available Reports" topic in the "Help" section (link is on the top right when you're logged in).
